Desaparecidos en Ucrania

Andres Leonardo Rueda, a Venezuelan living in Toulouse, France, arrived in Ukraine in August and joined the Norman Brigade and later the International Legion. He has military training from the French Foreign Legion and remains active in Ukraine.
